Krisily Kennedy was born in Warwick, Rhode Island. An only child to a single mom, Krisily learned early in life what hard work and determination was. There were many people, family, friends, and mentors, which had a big part in raising this out-spoken and strong-minded woman. With a hard working mother, Krisily spent much of her childhood at the local YMCA where she quickly became a leader and a crucial part of their volunteer community.
In 2003 Krisily was crowned Miss RI USA 2003 a dream she never imagined would come true for a girl like her. This crown and title allowed Krisily to reach out to the community in a way she never dreamed possible. Krisily was able to use all the skills she had learned being a leader and volunteer, and join forces with many Charities and non-profits through out the state. One non-profit Krisily is particularly fond of is the Susan G Komen for the cure, having a grandmother that is a survivor made this an extremely important foundation to work with in her reign as Miss RI USA.
The Ride Motorcycle television was the next stop for Krisily, where she was a co-host on an exciting new show about motorcycles on NESN (New England Sports Network). Krisily spent three years as a co-host on this amazing and fun show, where she would talk shop with some of the boys in the service area at the local Harley Davidson dealership and even got to go on Motorcycle rides and interview to Motorcycle enthusiasts about their amazing bikes and gear. This show was fun to make and watch and opened up an even more exciting experience in 2003.
During the 2003/2004 Series for the Boston Red Sox, Krisily was lucky enough to be a correspondent the Boston Red Sox Pre-Game show with the likes if Tom Caron, Jerry Remi, and even Jim Rice. Krisily interviewed players and fans alike and never had a dull moment at Fenway Park. This was a dream job for Krisily.
In 2005 Krisily was asked to be a part of the ABC’s hit reality series The Bachelor and she decided to take a chance and see where this next endeavor would take her. Krisily made it to the final two where Bachelor Charlie O’Connell ultimately picked Sara Brice instead.
Krisily made her second appearance on national TV in the brand new hit show The Bachelor Pad on ABC. Krisily made it through 3 grueling rose ceremonies only to be sent home penniless in the end.
Krisily now resides in West Hollywood, CA with her two boxers that she adores. She is currently working on writing her life story, in hopes to become a published author and make a difference in a young woman’s life. Krisily is passionate about sharing her trauma and triumphs with other woman so that they too can become strong-minded independent woman.
